Pembroke Pines salon worker charged with practicing nursing without license

A Miramar woman is charged with practicing nursing without a license in Pembroke Pines.

Police say Jenny Reyes-Leon, 42, performed postoperative lymphatic massage, removed stitches and treated wounds on a woman even though she was not licensed to provide these services.

Subsequently, the woman experienced extreme pain from the injury and required treatment at a local hospital.
